Welcome to Landed (“Landed,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Landed’s resume-building tools, AI features, templates, and related services (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. About Landed

Landed is a France-based company offering online tools to generate, edit, export, and store résumés, including AI-powered features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By accessing Landed, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features (including AI and premium templates), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

“User Content” includes any resume text, documents, personal data, or materials you upload or create using the Service.

• You retain full ownership of your User Content.
• You grant Landed a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to store and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You confirm your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

5. AI-Generated Output

Landed uses artificial intelligence to provide suggestions and generate text.

You acknowledge that AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and that you must review all content. Landed is not responsible for errors, omissions, or consequences of AI output.

6. Subscription and Payments

Landed offers optional paid features (AI usage and premium templates) for €9.99/month.

• Payments are handled by third-party processors.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime in your account settings.
• Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

6.1 Refund Policy – EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase.

However, by subscribing to Landed and activating AI features or accessing premium templates immediately, you expressly:

• request the immediate performance of the digital service, and
• acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once the service has been fully provided or significantly used.

If you do not access premium content or AI features during the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. If you partially used the Service, Landed may reduce the refund proportionally based on the level of usage as permitted by EU law.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or redistribute platform code, templates, or designs
• Upload illegal or harmful content
• Use the Service for fraud or spam
• Interfere with the Service’s security
• Bypass payment or access restrictions

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, logos, and code belong to Landed. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You may not resell or republish templates or platform materials.

9. Termination

Landed may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks. Upon termination, access ceases immediately and no refunds are provided unless required by law.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI suggestions or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent legally permitted, Landed is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or employment decisions based on resume content. Liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable EU regulations. Disputes will be handled in French courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
